The deadline for returning completed application forms and additional documents is 23:59 on Tuesday 7 February 2023. Applications received after this date and time unfortunately will not be considered.
How to apply
You will need to complete a grant application form.
In addition, you will need to provide the following:
- a safeguarding policy
- the contact details of a referee; the referee should know the work of the applicant organisation in a professional capacity but not be directly involved in this work
- a Supplier Information Form (SIF). Please email phgrants@n-somerst.gov.uk for this form. We ask for this so that if you are awarded a grant, we can pay you without delay. For any fields that do not apply to your organisation, please put ‘N/A’
Please note: the SIF form states that it should be returned to the Accounts Payable team at North Somerset Council. Please ignore this and return it directly to phgrants@n-somerset.org.uk with the rest of your application materials.
How to submit your application
Please submit your completed application form and the additional documents to phgrants@n-somerset.gov.uk no later than 23:59 on Tuesday 7 February.
Applying for more than one grant
You can apply for the following grants on a single application form:
- mental health community
- social prescribing destination
- green social prescribing destination
Please tick the box(es) of the grant(s) you are applying for when completing the form.
If you also wish to apply for the community food grant, you will need to complete a separate application via the community food grant section of our website.
