The deadline for returning completed application forms and additional documents is 23:59 on Tuesday 7 February 2023. Applications received after this date and time unfortunately will not be considered.
How to apply
You need to complete a grant application form, which you can find on this page.
You'll also need to have:
- equality and diversity policy
- safeguarding policy (if working with people under 18 or vulnerable adults)
- contact details of a referee
- supplier information form (SIF): we ask for this so that if you are awarded a grant, we can pay you without delay
Please note, the SIF form must be requested by email at cfpgrant@n-somerset.gov.uk.
Once these have been completed, send your application and attachments by email to cfpgrant@n-somerset.gov.uk by 23:59 on Tuesday 7 February 2023.
