UKSPF community grants: timescales

Please note: to fully understand the requirements of the UKSPF Community Grants, you must read the full guidance notes.

Once you have submitted your online application, it will be reviewed by an assessment panel to assess against the UKSPF interventions and the outputs and outcomes.

We will let you know the outcome of your application around the middle of March 2024. You will then need to agree to the terms and conditions of the grant before you receive funding.

We will contact your nominated referee (where applicable) and once our assurance process is complete, all banking details are confirmed and you have submitted your signed grant award letter, we will award the grant in full at the start of the project.

Successful applicants will be expected to go live with their project or activity as soon as possible from April 2024, after receipt of the grant award letter and payment is confirmed.

We will require an end of project report by March 17 2025.

  • end of projects and submission of associated project reporting
