The deadline for returning completed application forms and additional documents is 23:59 on Tuesday 7 February 2023. Applications received after this date and time unfortunately will not be considered.
How to apply
You need to complete a grant application form and send it to us.
As well as the completed application form, you will need to provide the following:
- a Supplier Information Form (SIF): we ask for this so that if you are awarded a grant, we can pay you without delay. For any fields that do not apply to your organisation, please put ‘N/A’
- a safeguarding policy
- the contact details of a referee. The referee should know the work of the applicant organisations in a professional capacity but not be directly involved in this work
Once these have been completed, send your application and attachments by email to phgrants@n-somerset.gov.uk by 23:59 on Tuesday 7 February 2023.
The SIF form states that it should be returned to the Accounts Payable team at North Somerset Council. Please ignore this and return them directly to phgrants@n-somerset.org.uk with the rest of your application materials.
Applying for more than one grant
You can apply for the following grants on a single application form:
- mental health community
- social prescribing destination
- green social prescribing destination
Please tick the box(es) of the grant(s) you are applying for when completing the form.
If you also wish to apply for the community food grant, you will need to complete a separate application via the community food grant section of our website.
