An Amendments Proposed Statement is required for applications seeking
- non-material amendments or;
- minor material amendments to previously granted planning permission
The statement should clearly set out the proposed changes.
This can be done within a covering letter or a Design and Access Statement. Please make sure to title the as the proposed changes are listed under a title of Amendments Proposed Statement.
