Weston woods is an important natural site in Weston-super-Mare and has long dominated the vista of the town. It provides a range of habitats from various tree species, scrub and glades which allow understory vegetation to flourish. There is also an Iron Age Hillfort.
At the base of the woods, at its boundary with Kewstoke Road, is the skate park.
This is an exciting feature for all to use but we do ask that you are respectful of the surrounding area.
We have introduced a code of conduct which we ask users of the skate park to follow to protect the woodland and other users.
