North Somerset Council continues to face significant financial challenges in the years ahead despite working hard to narrow its budget gap.

Last week, North Somerset Council cut the ribbon to officially open the first show home at Winterstoke Gate in Parklands Village, Weston-super-Mare.

Seventeen businesses and community groups in rural areas of North Somerset are benefitting from £180,000 of funding designed to boost local innovation and productivity, and improve rural community infrastructure.
