Council Tax

Update to our online Council Tax and benefits portal

Our online portal for Council Tax and benefits has been updated and has a new look. The way you log in remains the same.

eBilling - what you need to know

If you have an online Council Tax account, the way you receive your bills and reminders is changing.

From Tuesday 27 January you will need to sign into your online account to view bills and reminders. Paper copies will no longer be sent through the post.

Using electronic billing, also known as eBilling or paperless billing, has many advantages including:

  • you can view your bill and update your account at any time
  • you don't need to wait for information - it's instantly available online
  • eBilling uses less energy and helps to reduce our carbon footprint

You can opt-out of eBilling at any time. To opt-out, sign into your account and deselect the paperless billing option.
