Help to live independently at home
Services to help you live independently at home
There is a wide range of services and support available to help you to live independently in your own home.
Carelink is our monitored community alarm service. It provides help at the touch of a button for older or vulnerable people who live independently.
Assistive technology can help people to live more independently by using devices and sensors to help with everyday tasks, such as reminding people to take medication or to turn the off the oven. It can also be used and to alert carers to a problem or to call for help.

We deliver meals to people who have difficulty preparing food. A welfare check will also take place during a visit.
If you have a disability, and experience practical difficulties, occupational therapists can work with you to find ways of managing everyday tasks.
