Junction 21 local development order
The order covers key sites in the Junction 21 Enterprise Area to support economic growth. The order permits alterations, changes of use and alternative buildings without the need for further planning applications.
Local aggregates assessment for the West of England
The National Planning Policy Framework requires minerals planning authorities to plan for a steady and adequate supply of aggregates by preparing a local aggregates assessment (LAA) each year, based on a rolling average of 10 year sales data and other relevant information.
The LAA for the West of England has been jointly prepared by Bath and North East Somerset, Bristol, North Somerset and South Gloucestershire.
