The Mr Mike Fox BA (Hons) DipTP MRTPI, an independent planning inspector, was appointed as the examiner to evaluate the legal compliance and soundness of the community infrastructure levy charging schedule and to issue a report to the council.
Hearings were held on Tuesday, 28 February 2017, and a report was produced. This is included below, along with the other examination documents.
