We welcome donations towards tree planting and we plant memorial and commemorative trees in some of our parks. We will also consider any requests for tree planting in any of our other public open spaces. You are also able to sponsor a street tree.
The cost of a tree is included in our Fees document under the 'Environment' section. This includes planting and any after care.
We are open to suggestions when it comes to species choice. Please note that the final decision will be made by the tree officer, and is dependent on the site and landscape design.
Please note we do not allow plaques to be installed, nor memorial items to be added to the trees.
This is due to maintenance costs and the visual appearance of the park or open space.
