Sensory Support Service professionals, organisations and services questionnaire

This questionnaire is to seek views of professionals and organisations who work with users of the sensory support service to help with the review and redesign of the service. 

The results will be analysed by the four commissioners. They will take these results in to account when they are working on the new service design.

The results of the consultation will be published with the new service proposal in December 2018. The new service proposal will then be subject to three months formal public consultation.
