The recycling revolution is here!

New and improved recycling and waste services are rolling out across North Somerset this summer.

Our new household recycling and waste collection services include:

• a recycling collection every week collecting paper, all types of cardboard, plastics, food and drink cartons (including "Tetra Paks"), glass, foil, tins and cans, aerosols, shoes, textiles, mobile phones, household batteries and spectacles
• a food waste collection every week using a sealable container
• a continuation of our green garden waste collection every other week
• any non-recyclable rubbish left over will be collected every other week, using a wheeled bin. If we believe your property hasn't got enough space to store a wheeled bin, you will receive a limited supply of plastic sacks every six months instead.
