We have produced a housing delivery test action plan, which was published in July 2021.
Through the Housing and Planning bill the government have set out a commitment to ensure that 90% of suitable brownfield sites have planning permission for housing by 2020. Councils are required to create and keep an up-to-date a register of local sites that have been previously developed and are suitable for housing development.
Our brownfield register has been produced in accordance with the government’s data standard.
We have also produced a map showing all the sites on our register.
