To discharge a tree protection condition on your planning application, please include the below documents.
A site plan showing:
- the scale
- the direction north
- the canopy spread of all trees to be protected
- the location of all tree protection measures
- the location of all existing buildings and proposed buildings
You will also need to include:
- a written description of tree protection measures to be used
- confirmation of how long the tree protection measures will be in place
- the location of any signs on site advising of the tree protection measures
