Planning Application No. 03/P/1179/F – Demolition and erection of 57 sheltered apartments for the elderly including house manager’s accommodation, communal facilities, car parking, landscaping and access at the former St. Peter’s School, High Street, Portishead

The Area Committee met at the application site detailed above. The Director of Development and Environment outlined the proposal and members received the views of the Applicant, the Town Council and local residents.
