Application No. 02/P/2281/F – Change of use from garage/car sales to residential including complete demolition with 19 new build residential units comprising houses and flats at Macs Garage, 351-371 Locking Road, Weston-super-Mare

The Area Committee met at the application site detailed above. The Director of Development and Environment outlined the proposal and members received the views of the applicant’s agent, local residents and the Town Council.
