03/P/1273/F – Erection of a two-storey and single-storey rear extension at 8 Branscombe Walk, Portishead

As the application had been withdrawn this site meeting did not take place.

03/P/1245/F – Erection of a two-storey side extension at 175 Badger Rise, Portishead

The Area Committee met at the application site. The Director of Development and Environment outlined the proposal and members received the views of the Applicant, the Town Council and local residents.

03/P/0981/F – Change of use of bank together with two-storey side extension to form 6 no. self contained flats. Erection of three-storey building to the rear to provide 6 no. self contained flats. Construction of pedestrian access to Linden Road and new car parking areas at former HSBC Bank, 2 Bellevue Road, Clevedon

The Area Committee met at the application site. The Director of Development and Environment outlined the proposal and members received the views of the Applicant, the Town Council, the Civic Society and local residents.
