03/P/0764/F – ERECTION DWELLING AND DETACHED GARAGE WITH ANCILLARY ACCOMMODATION ABOVE. ALTERATION/EXTENSION TO EXISTING DRIVEWAY AND ERECTION OF NEW TRIPLE GARAGE TO NO. 16 ON LAND TO THE REAR OF NO. 14 HILLCREST ROAD, PORTISHEAD

The Area Committee met at the application sites detailed above. The Director of Development and Environment outlined the proposals and Members received the views of the Applicant, the Town Council and local residents.
