Yatton Railway Station

Her Majesty The Queen and His Royal Highness The Duke of Edinburgh toured North Somerset on a Royal visit in July 2007.

Well-wishers turned out in their thousands to greet the Royal Party in what was a memorable day for everyone.

The Queen and Duke arrived at Yatton Railway Station at 10am to start their tour of the district on Friday 20 July.

From there they made their way to Yeo Valley Farms in Blagdon which recently won the Queen's Award for Enterprise.

On their arrival they were greeted by local children and given a guided tour of the production facilities.
