year.

cost-effective way we use a three-year financial forecast.

draft medium term financial plan (pdf,
5.3MB, Sep11) for the period 2011-15 has now been published
and it provides information about the financial challenges we
face and will guide our actions to ensure a successful response
to these challenges.
