The services we provide to the people of North
Somerset are monitored to ensure we are delivering quality
performance and to highlight areas for
improvement.
We work to a number of targets and report on progress on a regular
basis.
We are assessed by the independent government watchdog, the
Audit Commission,
and our services are regularly inspected.
The Audit Commission currently rates us as a council which is
'improving well'.
