Opening times:

Main reception desk: Mon to Thurs 8.30am to 5pm, Fri 8.30am to 4.30pm. Cash hall: Mon to Thurs 9am to 4.30pm, Fri 9am to 4pm Liberata and council tax and housing benefits queries: Mon to Thurs 8.45am to 5pm, Fri 8.45am to 4.30pm.

Facilities / Accessibility:

Main reception: Leaflets on services and local attractions, public payphone, two internal phones, lift for access to the upper ground floor. Upper ground floor: Liberata fast-track desk for handing in documents relating to housing benefits. Council tax and housing benefits enquiries. Cash hall to pay bills, including council tax and housing. Adult Social Services and Housing reception. Children and Young Peoples' Services reception. There is no parking directly outside the Town Hall but there are a number of car parks close by.

Directions:

From North Leave the M5 at junction 21 (signposted Weston-super-Mare). Follow signs for Weston-super-Mare, then the Town Centre. At the roundabout by Tesco take the second exit onto Station Road. At the next roundabout take the first exit (signposted Town Hall), then immediate right turn into Walliscote Grove Road. From South Follow the signs for Weston-super-Mare. Turn right into Devonshire Road and continue onto Drove Road. At the roundabout by Tesco take the first exit onto Station Road. At the next roundabout take the first exit (signposted Town Hall), then immediate right turn into Walliscote Grove Road.
