About your councillor:
Cllr Moulin moved to Yatton in 1975 with his wife Faith. His
career started in personnel management and following 21 years
lecturing in management studies at Filton College he retired in
2008. His three children attended local schools. He worked within
the community in Yatton Junior Football Club, various wildlife
organisations, St Mary’s Church and Yatton Parish Council.
Currently his community involvement includes being a governor of
Yatton Junior School and Chair of Yatton and Congresbury Wildlife
Action Group, a registered nature conservation charity. His
interests include music (plays bass guitar), bats and
butterflies.

First elected to North Somerset Council in 2007.
