This team has been set up to deliver the vision,
aims and priorities set out in our Corporate Plan.
Our Corporate Management Team (CMT) is made up of a
group of our senior officers.
They evaluate performance across all areas of our services and
interpret and deliver national initiatives and policies from the
Government.
They support their managers and staff in the development and
delivery of our services and liaise with our partners and regional
organisations.
They also support the themes and priorities set out in the
Community Strategy.
