views of local people across North Somerset.

which sets out our procedures and standards.
We aim to provide good value for money through effective financial
management and listening to your views. We are working to
provide good standards of customer service and are regularly
inspected to ensure we provide quality services. Our
performance is also measured against a number of targets which are
monitored regularly and reported.
