This is our delivery plan for realising the
broader 25-year vision for North Somerset.
These are set out in the
Community Strategy whose themes are based on local need and
intended to raise the quality of life for local people.
Our
Corporate Plan responds to the changing national agenda and new
legislation setting out our corporate aims and values.
It focuses on our corporate priorities rather than attempting to
cover everything we do and explains how our business planning
process works and how we assign our resources to deliver these
priorities.
It also provides information on how we performed against all our
national and local performance indicators in 2006-07 and 2007-08,
and sets targets to be achieved 2008-11.
We are keen to listen and ready to improve both the way in which we
provide our services and the information we provide with your
comments always welcome.
