Under the Gambling Act 2005 we are required
to publish a Statement of Principles which sets out how we intend
to exercise our powers and make decisions under the
Gambling Act 2005 across the
district.
The legislation has required us to prepare and publish the
statement by 31 January 2007. On the 7 November
2006 the Full Council approved the final version of the Statement
of Principles.
The agreed statement has to be reviewed at
least every three years or as necessary should any changes be
required.
