We no longer deal with the licensing and enforcement of
nursing agencies within North Somerset.
This responsibility passed from us to
the Commission for Social Care
Inspection (CSCI) in 2003.
As a result, existing nursing agencies have had their registrations
transferred to the CSCI and any new agencies need to register with
it before opening.
