Our publication scheme lists the types of
information available to you under the Freedom of Information
Act.
Much of the information included is available on this website and
can be found by using the search at the top of the page or through
our publications listings.
Some of the publications available online may be in pdf format
and in order to view them you will need to download
Adobe
Acrobat Reader.
Copies can also be made available in Braille, large print or other
formats on request.
Where no online version is available, information is provided in
our downloadable
publication scheme about how you can obtain hard copies of
documents and the costs involved.
When requesting information please include the following
details:
- Your name and address
- The information or documents you would like to access
- How you would like to pay for hard copies of documents, copying
or postage (if applicable)
We aim to provide information listed in the
publication scheme within 10 working days.
In other cases we will try to supply information or give reasons
for refusing to supply it in 20 working days.
Where information is available and a charge is payable we will only
provide the information after receiving the appropriate fee.
