You can arrange to pay your bill by using our
various online services or by calling our contact
centre.
Our preferred method is Direct Debit where your bank or building
society transfers your payments directly to us in instalments on
the first of each month.
You can arrange this by filling in our online
Direct Debit request form.
You can also pay using a credit or debit card via our
online
payments system where we accept Switch, Solo, Delta,
Visa and MasterCard.
Or you can use our 24-hour automated payment system on
01934 888 121.
You can pay through your bank or building

You can pay via post by sending a cheque or postal order
made payable to North Somerset Council to:

Please write your account number, name and address on the
reverse of your cheque or postal order and do not send cash through
the post.
Alternatively, you can pay in person at the Town Hall in
Weston-super-Mare or at any of our housing offices during opening
hours.
