There are three kinds of appeal you can lodge
against the council tax bill you have
received.
The first is a
Property
band appeal which you can submit if you think your property is
in the wrong council
tax band.
You must appeal to the Government's Valuation Office Agency
(VOA) which will respond to your case.
The second is a
Liability appeal which you submit through us if you
think you're not liable to pay the council tax you have been
set.
The final reason is a
Completion notice appeal relating to the building
of new properties and conversions which again you submit through
us. |
