The autumn 2011 Citizens' Panel survey report is now
available.
It covers rubbish and recycling, providing detailed information
about how people use and what people think about these vital
services. It also covers Carelink services.
Many thanks to the 719 Panel members who took part, a response
rate of 55%.
The results on waste were considered by the council's waste
managers in late 2011.
