We handle around 2500 enquiries about the council a year put to us
by newspaper and broadcast journalists.
We produce around 400 press releases a year to keep people
informed about council services and activities. These are available
online via our news
archive.
Journalists can sign up to receive these press releases via
email by contacting the Press office.
The press office team provides a 24-hour on-call service to the
council and media 365 days a year. |
