Welcome to the new North Somerset Council
website.
Over recent months we have worked hard to significantly redesign
and revamp the old site to make it simpler for you to access our
services.
All the old information and services, such as online planning
and council tax payments, are still present and we hope they will
now be even easier for you to find and use.
Because the new look site is such a departure from the old
version we have put together some website tutorials in this section
to show you how to use it.
By following the simple instructions in these tutorials it
shouldn't take you too long to get to grips with most of the basic
changes and features we have introduced.
However, if you do encounter any problems using the site or
finding any information please do not hesitate to contact our
