North Somerset Life is our award-winning
magazine which we send out across the district every
month.
The magazine was launched in October 2004 as a direct result of
research with local residents who said we needed to do more to keep
them informed.
The
September issue is now available and features
useful updates, information and alerts on new and existing
services and gives you the chance to air your views. This month's
issue also contains a useful A-Z of council services.
Overall costs are off-set through advertising and as the only
magazine delivered to more than 91,000 homes every month it is a
very attractive prospect for would-be advertisers.
Additional copies are available at our libraries, leisure centres
and schools.
In May 2006 North Somerset Life won a Silver Award in the
Local Government Communications Reputation Awards for its role in
keeping local residents informed about the council.
