We run an emergency contact answering service for
residents in North Somerset.
The call-out number handles emergencies which happen in North
Somerset outside normal working hours, which are 8.45am until 5pm
Monday to Thursday and 8.45am until 4.30pm on Friday.

This number is for any emergency where we have an obligation to
respond. This could include environmental issues, council housing
problems, waste matters and highways.
