Our Emergency contact answering
service (ECAS) call-out number handles council emergencies
which happen in North Somerset outside usual working hours, which
are 8.45am until 5pm Monday to Thursday and 8.45am until 4.30pm on
Friday.

respond. This could include environmental issues, social services,
council housing, waste matters or highways.
