for Processing.

- The courts - Under the direction of a court order
- Our partners - Strictly in accordance with agreed
protocols

be identified and made secure and it is the responsibility of all
employees to co-operate in this task.
Upon discovering that our policy on data protection is not being
complied with immediate steps will be taken as considered

We will provide to any individual who requests it in the proper
manner a reply stating whether or not we hold personal information
about them.
If we do have this information a current copy of it describing
where it came from, its use and to whom it has been disclosed will
be issued in clear language.
However, we may fix a fee for this service which in appropriate
circumstances may be waived by a director.
We will also uphold any other rights an individual may have in
connection with the personal data that we may hold about
them.
