In person

We are based in a variety of locations across the district - with public facing receptions at the Town Hall in Weston-super-Mare and at Castlewood in Clevedon, well as your local library. Use our interactive map to find your nearest council office - select 'Council Offices'.

If you have a enquiry relating to a specific service please contact the relevant department or person to arrange an appointment at their offices.

In an emergency

If your enquiry is outside our usual working hours or at the weekend and is urgent, such as an emergency to do with environmental issues, social services, council housing, waste matters or highways, call our emergency contact answering service (ECAS).
