You can ask to speak at several of our public meetings
held within North Somerset.
How you go about this depends on the kind of meeting you wish to
participate in.
However, in all cases you will have to apply in
advance of the meeting via email, fax or in writing to our
Solicitor in order to take part.
The meetings you can apply to speak at include the
following:
- Area (planning) committees
- Full Council
- Planning and Regulatory Committee
- Policy and scrutiny panels
- Various sub committees

The length of time you will be able to speak for and what
you can speak about will depend upon the nature of
the meeting.
