That Graham Quick, Co-ordinator, Strategic Projects Group, be authorised to issue a Remedial Notice in respect of the part of the high hedge comprising 6 trees at Titan Ladders growing closest to the boundary with 8 Lodge Close, Yatton. 2. That the following action be required for the trees comprised of No. 6 Lawson Cypress adjacent to the rear boundaries of 7 and 8 Lodge Close indicated as T1-T6 on the plan.
Initial Action - Trees indicated as T1, T2 and T3 on the plan to be reduced to 5m above ground level from the base of the tree. Tree indicated as T4 on the plan to be reduced down to 4.1m above ground level from the base of the tree. Tree indicated on T5 on the plan to be reduced down to 6.0 m above ground level from the base of the tree. Tree indicated as T6 on the plan to be reduced down to 7.8 above ground level from the base of the tree. Compliance is to be within a period of three months of the date of the notice.
Further Action - Year 2 - trees indicated as T1, T2 and T3 to be reduced down to 3m above ground level from the base of the tree by the end of December 2008.
Preventative Action - Final Heights by the end of the compliance period and for future years whilst the remedial notice remains in force: T1, T2 and T3 not to exceed 3.7m in height (following year 2 reduction); T4 not to exceed 4.6m in height; T5 not to exceed 6.5m in height; T6 not to exceed 8.3m in height.
