Most meetings are held in the new Council Chamber at the
Town Hall, Weston-super-Mare.
The
Chairman of Council sits at the raised area at the head of the
room. The members of the council are seated in a U-shape in front
of the raised area.
Seats are provided for the public at the rear of the room.
The calendar shows the meetings during the year and
includes meeting dates of:

- Standing sub-committees
- Special sub-committees
- Bodies with statutory functions and consultative
bodies.

was decided that the following committees are no longer active:
These two panels have been amalgamated and have been renamed as
