The panel deals with environmental services, car parks, waste
and recycling, public toilets and street lighting contracts.
The panel will:
- review and scrutinise decisions made or actions taken in
connection with any of the council's functions
- produce reports and recommendations to the full Council,
Executive and any Joint or Area Committee in connection with the
council's policy
- consider any matter affecting the area or its inhabitants
- exercise the right to call-in, for reconsideration, decisions
made but not yet implemented by the Executive
