To apply for a new Diamond Travelcard download
the
application form to print off and send
to our team.
You can also download our
text only version.
Application forms are available from
your local
library. You can also hand in completed forms at our
libraries.
Unfortunately we can no longer make up passes while you wait at
our offices in Somerset
House in Weston-super-Mare, but you can hand in your
application form and get your documents checked.
In all cases your Diamond Travelcard will be posted out to you
as soon as possible.
