How to apply

Applying for your Diamond Travelcard is easy, all you need to do is complete the relevant form and send it to us.

If you're unsure if you are eligible for a Diamond Travelcard, you can visit our am I eligible page.

You can download the application forms from this page, or pick one up from your local library, the Town Hall main reception in Weston-super-Mare or Castlewood reception in Clevedon. For 60+ applications you can also apply online.

60+ application:

Please note that upon receipt of your application your Diamond Travelcard will be processed and posted out to you within two weeks.
