To apply for a Diamond Travelcard, you must be a
permanent resident of North Somerset and fulfil one of these
criteria:
- aged 60+ (please note that some
changes
to eligibility for 60+ Diamond Travelcards were implemented
from April 2010)
- blind or partially-sighted
- profoundly or severely deaf
- without speech
- disabled or have suffered an injury which has a substantial and
long-term effect on your ability to walk
- without arms or have long-term loss of use of both arms
- have learning difficulties
- unable to drive for medical reasons, not including drivers
banned for drug or alcohol use.
