Heavy goods vehicles
We are committed to restricting large and heavy vehicles to
using the most suitable roads across North Somerset. Restrictions
are based on different factors including environmental issues, the
types of structures alongside the roads and our local transport
plan. Routes unsuitable for heavy goods vehicles are
marked with signs showing restrictions which require the legal
