We deal with applications for alterations to
the district's official record of the public rights of way in North
Somerset.
Known as the Definitive Map, we maintain and record
all modifications to it.
In order for a right of way to be changed you must apply for a
map modification or public path order.
When applying you must ensure you include the relevant documents
and maps with your application.
If you have a query about the map, you need to tell us its exact
location by drawing a map, describing the location or giving us a
grid reference.
