We are responsible for the maintenance of grass
verges in rural areas across North Somerset.
We cut them at least twice a year to maintain good visibility
for road users and to keep the highway safe.
We would be grateful if you would let us know of any verges that
contain rare flowers for environmental purposes.
We are also responsible for cutting urban grass verges.
