We are responsible for maintaining street lighting and
illuminated bollards and road signs across North Somerset.
We aim to inspect lighting and illuminated street
furniture for faults once a month in the summer and once a
fortnight during the winter.
Where there is no problem with the electricity supply, we aim to
make repairs within five working days.
If a dangerous fault is found, such as leaning lighting columns or
exposed wiring, repairs will be carried out within 24 hours.
